Spectrum Comm Inc Secret Senior Application Analyst in Norfolk, Virginia

Spectrum is searching for highly qualified Senior Application Analysts to support our proposal for a new program in Norfolk, VA.

The key roles and responsibilities include:

  • At least eight (8) years of relevant experience

  • Meeting the minimum credential requirements specified in DoD 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, DoD 8140.01

  • Providing Financial Analysis Support

  • Supporting procurement of equipment and materials

  • Offering subject matter expertise in Industrial Management and Workforce Management

  • Providing support in Financial Management, Business Operations, and Maintenance Data Systems

  • Being familiar with Shipyard systems such as COST, Advanced Industrial Management (AIM), Automated Training Management System (ATMS), Material Requirement (MRQT), Material Access Technology (MAT), Supervisors Desk (SUPDESK), Supplemental N5005424R3000 Administration Employee Management (SAEM), Project Sequencing and Scheduling (PSS), and Business Objects

  • Assisting in designing, following, and updating standardized business processes

  • Performing GAP Analysis reviews to ensure timely and quality application deployment of Maritime System Environments

  • Providing Metrics Support to assigned business areas

  • Supporting core functions in Industrial Management, Workforce Management, Human Resources (Military and Civilian), Business Operations, and Maintenance Data Systems

  • Providing troubleshooting and analysis support for MARMC command applications and their future versions

  • Conducting GAP analysis on MARMC command training needs, developing applicable training criteria based on the analysis results

  • Developing application-specific training curriculum for MARMC users

  • Delivering MARMC command application training to Government civilian, military, and contractor users

  • Developing and updating MARMC specific user guides and training bulletins to address software application functionality

  • Providing personnel that meet or exceed the specified requirements with 100% compliance
