Position: Community-Based Residential Case Manager

Division: Central Services

Program: Community Based Residential Program

General Overview: Provide Case Management to ex-offenders enrolled as participants in the Community Based Residential Program. Develop case conferencing process for high risk offenders. Maintain relationship with CMI agency staff, parole and community. Meet with Supervisor on a regular basis to review cases and address barriers within your case load.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Social Science, (Criminal Justice preferred) or related field. Bilingual English/Spanish OR 2 yrs. Experience working in Criminal Justice system and knowledge of Offender Re-Entry preferred. Clean & Valid NYS Drivers License.

Hours: Full-Time

Salary Range: $38,500 - $42,500 Annually (based on experience)

Grade Level: 4
