Job Summary

To provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under his or her control.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Contact clients to collect accounts receivables and follow up on delayed payments.
  • Actively research and resolve payment discrepancies and overpayments made.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients as needed.
  • Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with industry-standard accounting software, Oracle E-Business Suite a plus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle potential tense interactions with clients.
  • A desire and ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish daily goals.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally walk, stand, balance, stoop, bend and kneel.
  • Occasionally must push, pull, move or lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Regularly required to reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment:

Job function will be carried out in an office environment.
