Key job responsibilities

Advertising Trust Policy team (AT Policy) is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Senior Advertising Policy Manager with excellent analytical abilities, exceptional problem solving skills, and creative vision for advertising that will enhance the customer experience with demonstrated experience leading through influence on initiatives that involve cross-functional teams. AT Policy sits at the nexus of numerous stakeholder relationships across a variety of Amazon businesses. We are a growing team with a unique position within Amazon Advertising. We work directly with Sales, Operations, Product, Retail, AppStore, Devices, Legal, PR, country leaders, and local marketing specialists, as well as Amazon Advertising’s senior leadership team.

In this role, you will build and develop relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders to support AT Policy’s work globally with an emphasis on Streaming Media. You will own projects from project initiation, planning, execution, to launch including recommendations for technical requirements. You will continuously advocate for our customers by resolving ad policy escalations, drafting advertising policies for new products and custom creative campaigns, product development, and training on ad policies; demonstrating excellent judgment and creativity. Your responsibilities will include tracking, data analysis and reporting activities. AT Policy sits at the nexus of numerous stakeholder relationships across a variety of Amazon businesses. We are a growing team with a unique position within Amazon Advertising. We work directly with Sales, Operations, Product, Retail, AppStore, Streaming Media teams, Legal, PR, country leaders, and local marketing specialists, as well as Amazon Advertising’s senior leadership team.

Basic Qualifications

· Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload of both short and long term goals and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

· Understanding of the impact ad policy decisions have on advertisers and retail customers

· Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams including advertising sales · Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine process improvements

· Superior written and verbal communication skills that set the standard for the organization · Bachelor degree

Preferred Qualifications

· Master’s degree, law degree, or MBA.

· Proven experience working with product developers and creative in advertising and/or marketing.

. Proven experience working with metrics and data analysis

· Proven experience working on digital advertising.

· Proven experience with creative acceptance policies, advertising standards, or a related field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
