Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Point of contact for client and agency partners, responsible for growing and maintaining client relationships

• Oversee junior talent– ensuring skills, approach and execution meet expectations of good design with brand and client expectations

• Create and revise various advertising creative layouts for print, digital, and creative presentations.

• Partner with account and creatives in the development of executions

• Learn, understand and adhere to client brand guidelines, style guides and templates

• Customer service oriented and be in tune to client needs and foster a team relationship with co-workers and all agency disciplines

• Initiative and interest to increase creative knowledge and skills advantageous in building a strong creative practice. Be a go getter in regard to the latest creative advances & techniques.

• Provide cutting edge, well executed presentation projects

• Critical thinking /using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to opportunities

• Ability to manage multiple creative projects and deliver before deadlines

• Production & Creativity skills with extreme attention to detail

LOCATIONS & COMMITMENTS:

• Hybrid work week (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

• Overtime may be required to deliver on client projects and deadlines

Qualifications

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience in Presentation Design & Production

• Conventional or digital portfolio of presentation designs and creative projects

• Proven work experience in the role

• Extremely proficient in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google slides, MS Word, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Excellent team management skills with ability to build strong relationships internally and externally

• Resilience and ability to help team stay motivated through challenging timelines and changes in client direction

• Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills

• Strong project organization skills and ability to anticipate and manage detailed information

• Flexibility, willingness to shift gears to meet project deadlines and client deliverables

• Ability to work independently, take initiative

• Customer-service oriented, attuned to client needs

• Bachelors, majoring in art, graphic design, or related field

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $64,500 - $101,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
