Position Summary

Under direct supervision, is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware and equipment

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensures utensils, plate ware, glassware and equipment are sanitized and available as needed.

  • Maintains a clean and sanitized kitchen area, in accordance with local code standards.

  • Operates and maintains various machines and equipment. Troubleshoots malfunctions and escalates as needed.

  • Assists with food preparation duties.
