DEI & Talent Strategy Project Manager - VP

•Engages and Partners with business leaders and HRAs to lead DEI & Talent programs across and develop KPIs to measure program effectiveness

•Leads Aspirational Representation and Talent Mobility goals process, updates and identifies trends and opportunities

•Reviews data and recommends interventions based on attrition, hiring, promotion rates, and representation trends across levels and demographic groups;

•Analyzes and reports insights that inform leadership decisions, team priorities, and program execution

•Engages and partners with relevant external diversity organizations that can serve as pipelines of diverse talent

•Deliver business/ function specific interventions, talent and diversity programs

•Deliver strategies, tools, programs to business/ function to address leadership opportunities

•Review population data and recommend DEI interventions based on trends identified in attrition, hiring, promotion rates, and representation across talent levels and demographic groups. Analyzes and reports insights from DEI related data sets that inform leadership decisions, team priorities, and program execution, including

•Facilitating culture focus groups and ensuring outcomes are identified and actioned

•Designing, implementing, tracking, and reporting on ROI

•Partner with HR colleagues, business leaders and the AA/EEO Discipline to report and implement Affirmative Action plans for compliance

•Co-Facilitate NLAP for new managers, in partnership with Learning & Development

•Provides oversight and management of In-Business Diversity Operating Councils & Committees

•Creates effective communication channels to drive engagement and action, in partnership with DEI & TM Advisors

•Develops actions to drive Recruiting and Mobility, in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Early Career Programs

•Provides programmatic development and exposure opportunities for talent to accelerate readiness for new roles

•Champions diverse slates and interview panels and partners with WITA to track outcomes

•Creates a strong partnership with recruitment team on matching our key talent to opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years experience

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel

  • Self-motivated and detail oriented

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
