FST Technical Services Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist in New York City, New York

FST is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to support our Engineering, Construction, and Project Management efforts.  The selected candidate will have 7 to 10 years of both recruitment and HR experience working in an Engineering field ideally in microelectronics, life science or other high-tech industries. 

FST is a leading services provider of Quality Assurance and Control, Engineering and Construction Management, Equipment Services and Staff Augmentation.  We are headquartered in Chandler, AZ with satellite offices in Oregon, California, New Mexico, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, New York, Ireland, and Israel.

This position requires full-time presence in the FST office in Manhattan, New York City.

  • Building and fostering relationships with Hiring Managers

  • Ensuring compliance and fairness fostering a positive workplace and advising on employment laws, company policies and best practices

  • Federal and state employment expert knowledge

  • Full cycle-Recruitment Processes

  • Utilizing social media platforms at an expert level

  • Skilled in conducting phone screen with candidates

  • Communicating the candidate’s requirements, strengths, and weaknesses to the FST Manager

  • Writing and editing resumes to be used for client proposals.

The selected Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist must have significant experience and understanding of all or most of these types of positions:

  • QA/QC (Techs and Managers)

  • Commissioning (Techs, Engineers and Managers)

  • Construction Coordinators

  • Construction Managers

  • Estimators

  • Schedulers

  • Procurement (Buyers, Contract Administrators and Managers)

  • Project Managers

Salary range is $85,000 to $105,000 depending on experience
