Apple Roofing is seeking Roofing Consultants who can provide homeowners with a rock star experience. An ideal candidate will have a good understanding of their local market. He/she will need to navigate the sales cycle while acquiring homeowners' trust and business. An excellent candidate can service the customers wants and needs while maintaining a high level of communication and organization. Overall, this role is focused on bringing opportunities to the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify opportunities

  • Document sales by creating and updating customer records in CRM

  • Source and develop client referrals

  • Prepare sales action plans

  • Maintain customer database

  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients

  • Conduct roofing inspections

  • Develop sales proposals

  • Prepare and present sales contracts

  • Attend company trainings

  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person

  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships

  • Follow up on sales activity

  • Participate in sales events

This role requires frequent standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. In addition, Roofing Consultants:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Must be able to work in hot, cold, humid and/or rainy weather conditions
