The Enterprise Services Operations Manager is a member of the senior management team in the Enterprise Services (ES) business unit and supports the establishment and optimisation of the day to day operational activities of the business unit.

The primary objective of this position is to enable the execution of the global IT Outsourcing strategy by ensuring an optimal operational environment for the managers and employees. The operational enablement through processes, methodologies, tools and systems should facilitate the implementation of the strategy; implement the achievement of business targets and the smooth operations of the ES division.

Working at NTT

  1. Support the senior leadership team in driving a smooth and efficient running of the IT Outsourcing business operationally.

  2. Responsible for the development, implementation and adherence to key policies, process and methodologies that support the operational efficiency of the business.

  3. Manage relationships with the regional ES operations counter-parts to identify issues, requirements and drive alignment of global standards

  4. Drive execution of Dimension Data’s business strategy through ES Business Unit and in collaboration with the other Service Units and Business Units to create the matrix model and support efficient organisational change.

  5. Work with internal stakeholders to support the execution of relevant best practice aligned systems, processes, policies and go-to-market initiatives.

  6. Execute the implementation of continuous improvement and support the change management program to execute the ES operating model

  7. Take responsibility for the operational management and leadership of a team of individuals to ensure the achievement of business and performance goals

  8. Assist the senior leadership team with other tasks or special projects as assigned

  9. They are responsible for creating and conceptualizing initiatives that drive operational value, including developing, organising and executing programs and initiatives with particular regard to the matrix model of the organisation.
