National Hood Exhaust & Fire Group, LLC CREW LEADER / LABORER (Kitchen Exhaust Systems) in New Brighton, Pennsylvania

HELP WANTED HIRING IMMEDIATELY

National Hood, Exhaust & Fire Group is seeking money motivated individuals to work in the restaurant hood and exhaust cleaning industry.  We are an ever-growing commercial kitchen hood and exhaust cleaning company looking to fill several full-time crew leader & general laborer positions.  

Both positions operate on a percentage base pay, which can merit up to $25 + per hour contingent on how many jobs are worked and the job dollar amount.

Work week is Sunday through Thursday, mainly overnights, with an average shift being 10 to 12 hours. Voluntary shifts are always open on Fridays and Saturdays four extra 

DUTIES INCLUDE Being part of a two man team and going into different restaurants/institutions to clean their entire kitchen exhaust systems, which includes; cleaning the kitchen hoods, grease filters, ductwork and exhaust fans.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Must be able to exercise effective organization/time management skills. Must be able to think proactively Must have technical and/or mechanical knowledge and abilities. Must be able to use hand tools and small power tools. Must have the physical ability to work with and climb a latter, and lift weights of over 75 pounds. Must be able to ensure the highest level of customer service and communication. Must be able to follow and enforce ALL safety procedures and policies to ensure the safest work environment possible. Must HAVE A VALID drivers license and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

 Experience is preferred, but willing to train.

PLEASE NOTE If you are AFRAID OF HEIGHTS and not able to climb a 32' ladder, then this is NOT the job for you!
