Brittany Global Technologies Manufacturing Supervisor in New Bedford, Massachusetts
The supervisor is responsible for directing the activities of the General Laborers within their assigned areas. Associates hired into this position will be responsible for facilitating an overall safe environment and are expected to execute tight production schedules to high-quality standards. Supervisors will have ownership and responsibility to provide day-to-day direction to the production personnel concerning work assignments, quality issues/non-conformances, and priorities. They will ensure that daily production schedules are met and manufacturing standards and procedures are followed. Associates hired into the position will be responsible for facilitating continuous improvement activities fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive work environment. First and Second shift positions available.
