[Description: [Assist the Head Cook in various aspects of kitchen operation, including storage, preparation, and service of food. Assist in maintaining sanitation of the general kitchen area. Responsible for correct portioning of food items. Ensure that items packaged for home meal delivery are maintained at appropriate temperature and are served in correct portions. Assists in maintaining the daily perpetual inventory system. Pre-prepares menu items as appropriate for upcoming menus. Responsible for ensuring at all times that standards of quality are met. Must abide by all rules and regulations regarding foodservice safety and sanitation as well as all federal, state, and local regulations and health codes.
