JOB REQUIREMENTS: Advantage xPO is hiring a first shift Assistant Machine Operator/Material Handler in Neenah, WI. Job description & Qualifications: * Assist with the operation of pilot machine equipment and/or perform material testing in a laboratory * Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and safe operating procedures within a particular technical field * Assist with setup and monitoring of process equipment and perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, moving materials, and general housekeeping. Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed.
