Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment collaborating with marketing teams and authors?We are seeking a talented and creative website/SEO managerto join our growing team. You will be responsible for building high-performing landing pages for marketing campaigns and author content using Supadu and WordPress. You'll work closely with marketing teams and authors to understand their goals and translate them into visually appealing and conversion-focused landing pages and to help troubleshoot coding issues.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant keywords for each landing page.

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to optimize landing pages for search engines.

  • Design and build high-converting landing pages using Supadu and WordPress, utilizing best practices in coding and plugin selection.

  • Possess a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize page elements and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Work with inside and outside stakeholders to implement new features and websites.

  • Follow secure development practices & implement code that optimizes for flexibility, re-use, scalability, performance, and availability.

  • Utilize design and UX best practices to optimize front-end usability.

  • Collaborate with IT to ensure capacity, support, and meet requirements.

  • Work with systems staff on capacity, packaging, and requirements.

  • Integrate and configure Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to track user behavior and measure landing page performance.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams and authors to gather content, refine messaging, and ensure brand consistency.

  • Work independently to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

  • Be a team player and communicate effectively with colleagues from various departments.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve website technical issues.

  • Stay up to date on the latest web design trends and technologies related to Supadu and WordPress.

  • Perform regular backups and security checks to ensure website safety.

Qualifications

Work Experience: Preferred candidates will possess 3+ years of experience building and optimizing landing pages. Demonstrate solid skills in analysis, reporting, SEO, and digital marketing concepts. Proven track record in the area ofwebsite conversions for landing pages. Analytical thinking with strong mathematical skills.Familiarity with Unix-like operating systems and cloud architecture.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web design/development, marketing, digital media, or equivalent work experience. Certification in SEO/SEM, coding bootcamps, etc.… is a plus.

Industry Knowledge:

Knowledge of HCCP family of authors is preferred but not required. Publishing industry experience is not necessary.

Skills:

  • Technical skills in SEO/Keyword research.

  • Proficiency in Supadu, WordPress and Coding languages such as HTML, CSS and Javascript.

  • Proficient in AirTable/Excel/Powerpoint.

  • Experience with website analytical tools, landing page design, AB Testing, and copywriting.

  • Excellent time management, communications & collaboration skills.

  • Analytical thinking with mathematical skills

  • Google Tag Manager programming and experience working with CMS.

  • Basic knowledge of software engineering life cycle process, including design, development, build/release, testing, Git source control, ticketing (Jira), and QA.

  • Basic knowledge of Internet Application architectures and protocols (HTTP, etc.)
