Insight Global Sales Manager in Nashville, Tennessee
Job Description
A partner of Insight Global is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. This person will be starting up and leading the sales division for a company that provides voice and data network products, structured cable, installation and engineering design solutions.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve the organization's goals
* Develop plans to acquire new customers
* Generate prospect accounts and leads
* Read and review RFPs and RFQs and put together quotes for customers
* Develop and hire a sales team
* Create and track sales performance analytics
Compensation:
$65/hr to $85/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
-5+ years of experience selling IT infrastructure solutions or network solutions
-5+ years of experience with B2B sales
-Proven experience selling to large organizations
-Prior management experience null
