Description

As a WHS Cluster Health Manager (m/w/d) you are homebased in one FC but responsible for a Team of Health Coordinators and Health Integration Advisors as well as the health process management of your cluster (4 FCs: Rheinberg, Mönchengladbach, Oelde, Koblenz ). You will be responsible to control, survey, monitor and standardize health measures as well as health compliance across your respective cluster. Besides the strong focus of people management, you are also the next escalation level for all upcoming issues in your cluster. Regular alignments with other stakeholders and site visits in the cluster are a mandatory part of the role. In addition, you will be responsible for expertise topics or special tasks as well as acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). You report directly into the Regional Health Manager in your region and will work closely with the Regionals Team to further develop the health department on cluster level and beyond.

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring and complying with the legal framework and the necessary documentation of company health management within the cluster

• People manager for a Team of Health Coordinators and Health Integration Advisors based within the cluster

• Monitoring of programs and processes including audits in the cluster regarding to German standards taking into account local priorities

• Communication and alignment with other stakeholders responsible for the same cluster or region

• Regular monitoring and discussion of KPIs in the cluster

• Travel readiness - regular site visits within the cluster

• Responsible for expertise topics or special tasks as well as support expertise topics in the EU network

• Assumption of tasks for the Amazon network for the continuous improvement of our concept in company health management

• SME function for one of the Health Core Topics including conception of program, communication, roll-out support, tool development, e.g. This is to be implemented after consultation with the Regional Health Manager.

• Conduction or coordination of upcoming projects or roll-outs with different topics

• Close cooperation with the EU/ DE WHS team

• Alignment and coordination with expert teams or program managers to monitor, communicate, or update program standards to the sites...

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in occupational health and/ or safety management, health sciences, health promotion, health economics, comparable studies or postgraduate studies related to health care and relevant professional experiences

• Experience in the implementation and realization of occupational health measures, among others in cooperation with the operational representations of employees' interests and internal key functions

• Experience in people management

• Independent and result-oriented working method and problem solving

• Very good Microsoft Office skills

• Analytical and interpretive skills

• Knowledge of internal communication and documentation

• Very good communication skills

• Very good communication skills in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in health management in industry or logistics

• Experience and qualifications in occupational reintegration management and health care processes/ projects

• Ergonomic expertise

• Experience in the implementation of process improvements in an occupational environment
