General Summary:

Role

You will be part of the SW team responsible for Motion Planning of the next-generation L2-L4 Automated driving functions suite. You will work on a mix of production, pre-production, and demo development spanning the immediate-to-5+ year product horizon across different levels of automation.

The team is agile, cross-site, cross-functional and has end-to-end responsibility on the SW level. You will jointly own the Motion Planning algorithms, their implementation, integration, quality, and scaling during the entire product lifecycle - from concept through to implementation, V&V, going to production, and addressing post-production defects.

Must-Have requirements for the role

  • Degree in computer science, robotics, or similar

  • Fluent C++, Scripting

  • Background in Software and Requirements Engineering

  • Experience in Agile way of working

  • Experience in Continuous integration

  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background and working experience with MPC/QP

  • Experience in automotive communication protocols and debugging tools

  • Background in AD/ADAS feature or system development

  • Path finding expertise

  • Experience with robust software design for safety-critical systems

  • Experience with embedded systems

  • Familiarity with dependability (FUSA/SOTIF)

  • Familiarity with Automotive SW standards (AUTOSAR, MISRA)
