Job Summary:

Performs Quality Management activities and other programs relative to the Quality Management program.

Primary Responsibility of the Position:

Participates in activities involving Quality Management and Compliance with applicable requirements. Monitors medical records for compliance with required documentation. Supports and assists in the coordination of the NCQA Accreditation Renewal process. Participates in the collection and organization of NCQA updated information. Assists in the preparation of reports for all managed care plans. Assists in retrieval and preparation of documents for audits. Provides support to all team members and implements activities efficiently to ensure compliance of quality. Participates in department and committee meetings related to Quality Management activities. Performs other related duties as assigned. Education and Experience:

Knowledge of/or prior exposure to health care is a plus. Must be organized and efficient with attention to detail. Demonstrates good communication skills and interpersonal relationships. Degree from a standard college. Bachelors degree preferred. Knowledge of MS Office and internet search engines.
