Westchester Community Health Center Contract Coordinator in Mount vernon, New York

The Contract Coordinator will be responsible for the maintenance and cataloging of grants, payor contracts, and vendor agreements. They will work in conjunction with departmental leadership to ensure all contracts are in compliance and all reporting criteria are met.

Essential Duties:

Manage contract repository, as follows: (1) Loading all signed agreements into the appropriate repository: (2) Reviewing reporting and expiration dates. Maintain a calendar of funding and reporting deadlines. Coordinate and assist in the preparation of narrative reports and proposals to government and private funders. Collaborate with the Grants and Contracts Team, Finance Department, Administrators, and program leaders to ensure that the information needed for grant reports is collected and accurately reflected in the reports. Interact with other Finance Department personnel on an ongoing basis to ensure that the vouchering process runs efficiently. Provides administrative support throughout the contracting process from RFP to vouchering, and progress reporting. Facilitating in the contract approval and execution process. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Business/Healthcare Administration and two years of relevant experience. Knowledge of contract compliance, grants management, and the not-for-profit business model. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
