Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operate forming presses to complete auger sectional rings. Match newly formed rings to appropriate fixture to make an acceptable product.

nn

Rework sectional rings that are not formed properly.

nn



nn

Set-up presses for each job.

nn



nn

Continuously pick up and handle average to heavy weight material.

nn



nn

Responsible for quality: Accept training in blueprint reading, use of gauges and measuring tools common to manufacturing, along with related statistical process control principles and other quality control procedures.

Prepare and clean work area.

nn



nn

Must be willing to train and operate laser table.

nn



nn

Back-up operator for laser operations.

nn



nn

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and complete necessary production forms. Ability to speak effectively with fellow employees and/or customers

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
