Westinghouse Electric Company Timekeeper in Monticello, Minnesota

We are searching for Timekeeper with Nuclear experience for a 6-month contract assignment. This an administrative role for a person that loves to chat with people to solve their payroll issue. Someone who is outgoing and is customer service oriented. This person would need to have experience working with employees on timekeeping resolutions. This position is for someone who thrives in a collaborative work environment. This position has the possibility of contract extension and perhaps a long-term career opportunity to work within the nuclear industry. Location: Red Wing, MN or in Monticello, Minnesota Responsibilities * Consultive communicates with employees and managers regarding timekeeping discrepancies and finding resolutions. * Will review payroll entries, monitor reports for errors, and ensure that the payroll process runs smooth. * Will be generating, analyzing timekeeping reports, incomplete time, identifying trends, and recommending process improvements. * Will be working with Human Resources, Payroll, and other departments to ensure accurate and efficient timekeeping processes. * Working with employees to help resolve issues they are having with entering time and getting feedback from employees regarding issues within the UKG portal. Requirements: * High School diploma or equivalent * Must have a minimum of 3 years of related experience. * Demonstrated ability to perform the essential office functions. * Must have experience working in timekeeping systems (UKG preferred). * Must have previous experience working with employees on timekeeping resolutions. * Great communications and coaching people in a professional manner. * Experience with Microsoft Suite especially Excel.
