Emerson Master Scheduling Manager in MONTERREY, Mexico

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Work across multiple business systems to develop consistent and translatable standard methodologies for Materials Management, Master Planner/Scheduler, and Materials Resource Planner functions.

  • Engage directly with key planning leadership and materials teams within the Americas factories to train on best practices and ensure compliance with standard processes.

  • Provide leadership and spearhead the data migrations across ERPs during product line transitions and factory moves/consolidations or acquisitions.

  • Manage the planning aspects of product migrations from new product/design phase to full release.

  • Drive inventory management through hard-working forecasting as part of the regional Americas SIOP process.

  • Support development and implementation of improved tools and systems to assist in predictive analytics.

  • Periodic travel to the Americas factories within the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Travel can increase during product or site transitions.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or similar.

  • Planning experience.

  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.

  • Fluent English

  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation ability.

  • Ability to lead and work within teams in a matrixed environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Conversational or better Spanish.

  • Specific ERP experience in Oracle, SAP, and Baan.
