  • Troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, building comfort, energy efficiency, and related problems

  • Present findings and options to customers, providing advice as needed/requested.

  • Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations within industry standard hours per repair pricing guide.

  • Provide customer with information and pricing on service agreements, accessories, and other improvements.

  • Collect for all work performed and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

  • Perform equipment installations as needed.

  • Must keep clean equipment/work area.

  • Maintain truck inventory while keeping assigned service vehicle organized and clean while alerting management when repairs are needed.

  • Brazing, soldering, and welding required.

  • Will work in all kinds of indoor and outdoor conditions.


  • High School education or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an HVAC/R installation, maintenance, or service.

  • EPA certified

  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Check and DOT physical as needed

  • NATE Certification preferred.
