Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) has a part-time Registered Nurse opening with our Lotus Grace program in Cambridge, MN. This position will work within a 24/7 Residential Crisis Stabilization (RCS) and Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) team to implement treatment plans and services that enable the service recipient to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, personal and emotional adjustment and independent living and community skills. Salary: $38.00-$40.00/hr. About RSI Lotus Grace: Located on a serene 20-acre hobby farm in Cambridge, MN, RSI s Lotus Grace IRTS & RCS setting is designed to support up to five people. The mission at Lotus Grace is to assist in addressing mental health in our community by providing services aimed to meet the immediate support needs of people experiencing mental health crises in a licensed residential setting. You will oversee the provision of health services, medication administration, and medication storage for people receiving services through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Duties will include reviewing and approving health service and medication policies and procedures and providing monitoring, health services training, and supervision of staff.
