This position is in our Minneapolis office and will have the opportunity to work with our teams in offices nationwide. This individual will serve as a design ambassador for the corporate brand and creative leader on the marketing team. This position is a temporary 3-month contract. Some things you can expect to do: Create custom digital and print designs used in a variety of creative projects including advertisements, event collateral, brochures, web pages, jobsite marketing, apparel, and promotional material Advocate ways to streamline processes and opportunities to develop templates and guidelines Contribute to a collaborative team environment Keep organized and track projects in project management tool To be successful in this role, a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is required. You must also have at least 10 years of experience in graphic design on a corporate marketing or agency team. Expert-level experience with Adobe Creative Suite is required. You will really stand out if you have: Experience coordinating and overseeing production of media and marketing materials Knowledge of current trends including color schemes, fonts, styles, etc. Excellent design sense, able to create custom designs with minimal direction Ryan's story was built on a foundation of integrity, honesty and community.
