Hours: 7 am 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with weekend availability as needed Benefits of the estimator - manufacturing: Retirement program Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Duties of the estimator - manufacturing: Compute cost and time factors to prepare accurate estimates for customer orders and RFQs Identify potential vendors or subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness Review data to determine material and labor requirements Consult with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to discuss estimates and resolve issues Maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure sales volumes and margins Review purchase orders, blueprints, and quality requirements, and re-price existing jobs Requirements of the estimator - manufacturing: 2-4 years of experience in estimating material cost and labor Experience in metal stamping/fabrication Strong math skills, including decimals, fractions, and metric conversions Ability to read and interpret blueprints, purchase orders, and procedure manuals Solid customer service/sales background Additional Information: Join our team as an estimator in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
