Creative Circle Digital Project Manager (13195) in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Our agency client is looking for a Digital Project Manager in a contract-to-hire opportunity! This role is: - 40 hours/week - Hybrid onsite in their downtown Minneapolis office - would need to come onsite 3 days / week, and remote 2 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday onsite) The ideal Digital Project Manager will have: - Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in an agency - Deep knowledge of social media marketing best practices - all projects will be specifically for organic social media! - Familiarity in working with cross-functional agency teams - Strong attention to detail, highly organized, team player - Comfortable managing organic social content creation workflows from concept to delivery In this role, as Digital Project Manager, you will own the production of digital creative assets for key agency clients. Projects are primarily in organic social, although not all tasks will be in that space. Your role includes: - Working closely with cross-agency teams to ensure each project is successful, meeting objectives, and delivering high-quality final assets on time and on budget. - Determine project requirements, timelines, and resources needed for each project - Manage the internal project team through all phases of digital projects, including strategy, content creation, trafficking and QA. - Partner with strategy, media, account, project management and creative leads to get these projects done - Participate in client meetings - Identify risks, proactively problem solve and escalate issues to leadership as needed Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
