Description

We are seeking a Billing Analyst for a firm located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves managing accounts receivable and billing functions within the firm. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely for part of the week, and provides an excellent benefits package and competitive pay, with potential for growth and upward mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process accounts receivable transactions and billing functions

• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records and streamline processes

• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage customer information and interactions

• Utilize IBM AS/400 and Great Plains (GPAC) for various accounting tasks

• Ensure timely collection of payments through effective claim administration and collection processes

• Handle customer inquiries related to AR and billing

• Engage in consistent professional development to stay updated on the latest practices in AR and billing

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, efficiencies, and improvements

• Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations regarding AR and billing.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) software

• Ability to use IBM AS/400

• Experience with About Time software

• Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Experience in Billing Functions

• Knowledge of Claim Administration procedures

• Familiarity with Collection Processes.
