The academic rank and track for the position will be determined based on the qualifications and interests of the applicant. Job Duties/Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Adult Neuropsychology Division/Clinical Director, Neuroscience Service Line, and M Health Fairview providers to establish partnerships and build strong relationships with referring departments and units. * Participate in the Division's 2-year APPCN postdoctoral training program and practicum training, including case supervision and weekly didactics attendance. * Opportunity to engage in the Department's other specialty clinics. * Collaborate with psychometrists and trainees. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Candidates must hold a PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology, clinical neuropsychology, or a closely related field from an APA/CPA-accredited institution. A completed APA/CPA-approved pre-doctoral internship is necessary. Formal postdoctoral training in neuropsychology is required, preferably meeting APPCN guidelines. Applicants should be eligible to obtain a Minnesota Board of Psychology license and should be board-certified or board-eligible and be able to meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges. If not already board-certified, candidates are expected to achieve the ABPP-CN diploma within a reasonable period after employment. Leadership skills to manage change and effective communication in a rapidly expanding department are essential. Enthusiasm, collaboration, and a keen interest in cultivating a thriving adult neuropsychology practice are crucial for success of the department and M Health Fairview's Adult Neuropsychology program. Preferred Qualifications: Experience collaborating with individuals across multiple departments, practices, and health systems. About the Department As a member of a multidisciplinary team, the candidate will contribute to an active and growing academic department, mentoring practicum students, postdoctoral students, residents, fellows, medical students, and other allied health professionals, including teaching, training, and general supervision. Academic track and rank will align with the applicant's qualifications and interests. Academic time will be dedicated to scholarly work in the candidate's specialty/research expertise.
