We are now offering an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in human nutrition and health. Reporting to the HNC-Taste Team Lead, your role will encompass both technical and commercial responsibilities within the GREATER CHINA region.

Your key responsibilities• Manage and develop a portfolio of customers, maintain and grow the sales in the region• Plan and budget demand for products and customers in collaboration with respective planning tools and functions • Achieve KPI objectives – Topline Sales revenue, Gross Margin (GPx) and Specific innovation/synergy sales. • Develop and implement sales plans and new projects for your region and capture & track respective customers actions in Atlas and coordination with corresponding HNC AM in CRM in case of Synergy opportunities• Drive proactivity and build a strong business potential - Maximise Vitality and secure strong pipeline and high conversion• Drive projects towards the best possible solution for both the client and dsm-firmenich - attention to sense of urgency"

You bring• a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in science, technology or business related field• at least 8 years of relevant commercial experience and technical knowledge and skills within the Nutrition/Pharma/Food Supplements industry• Knowledge of industry and markets, in-depth know how about Taste products and applications and excellent communication skills• Have a proven track record of sales and working to key account management principles together with good organizational skills• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who is looking to progress their career in a challenging and stimulating work environment • Have an appetite for travel within the region.
