BAYADA Home Health Care Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Home Care in Milford, Delaware

As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. Pay: up to 19.00 hour depending on experience and travel. Talent Scout Bonus $500 for referrals that work 100 hours

We have current job openings for HHAs – Home Health Aides in the following locations:

  • Rehoboth

  • Lewes

  • Milton

  • Milford

  • Ocean View

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

  • Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period .

  • Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:

  • Minimum one year work experience (does not have to be HHA related)

  • Current HHA certificate of 75 hours or more, or Active CNA license (we do accept out of state license and trainings)

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:

  • Activities of daily living

  • Light housekeeping

  • Bathing

  • Grooming

  • Toileting

  • Range of motion / exercises

  • Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

  • Assisting with ambulation

  • Medication reminders
