Copeland Customer Quality Engineer - Refrigeration Business, Mikulov in MIKULOV, Czech Republic

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Customer facing function to solve technical problems to support the refrigeration and transport market segments

  • Initiate and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using problem solving methodologies

  • Continuous process improvement to deliver high quality products and solutions

  • Support the New Product Development process to release new products onto the market with the highest quality

  • Drive Copelands target of zero defects

Our ideal candidate:

  • Holds an engineering or industrial engineering degree

  • Has 2 or more years of relevant job experience in related industry (HVAC/R, automotive,…)

  • Shows a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving

  • Is an excellent team player and networker

  • Is fluent in English; other EU language i.e., German or French is a plus

  • Is customer oriented, collaborates, employs effective communication, and ensures accountability

  • Is willing to travel 15 % in Europe

  • Refrigeration system know-how is a big advantage

  • Required competencies : team player, cooperative person; high motivation and commitment; innovative and analytical thinking; passion for technology; pro-activity and self initiation; prioritization, time management skills, good self-organization skills; results orientation and self confidentiality; ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
