POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative to work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process. They will demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism as well as develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current as well as new customers. This position is also responsible for maintaining and servicing distributors and key accounts with pricing quotations, order entry, and the management of other requests from customers. This position interfaces regularly with customers, sales representatives, company sales managers, production, and shipping. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review and enter orders with correct pricing and provide confirmation, freight, and deliver information - Monitor key accounts and initiate order follow-up - First point of contact for customer inquiries - Provide customer feedback - Assist in the resolution of any order issues REQUIREMENTS: - Ability to prioritize and work effectively with or without direct supervision - Outstanding customer service skills including the ability to organize and follow-up - Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented - Comfortable working with mathematical calculations - Must be a team player and possess good interpersonal skills - Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to all levels of staff and customers - Computer Skills, including Windows, MS Office, Excel, EDI, Customer Portals - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High school or equivalent - 2-3 year of previous customer service experience (preferred)
