Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a dynamic and energetic General Manager 3 to join our team at ADP in Miami FL! The current food landscape consists of 1 Corporate Café that serves Breakfast and Lunch, and Catering Operations.

The General Manager 3 will be the number 1 for the operation in addition to be the Chef for the unit. This position represents a 50/50 split between the GM and Culinary responsibilities. The General Manager 3 will responsible for financial reporting and the client relationship. Ability to multitask and deliver high end experience every day. Other duties include but not limited to:

  • Menu Planning

  • Ordering

  • Inventory

  • Managing a team of 5 hourly employees

  • Food and Labor cost

  • Catering production

  • Safety and Sanitation

  • Ensuring quality and presentation of the food offering

A strong focus on customer service, culinary expertise, and attention to detail are key in our selection process. Computer skills and basic accounting skills are required. Able to make business decisions that allow the unit to meet goals.

This position is a bonus eligible position that offers a traditional Business and Industry location that offers a predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible, and access to Sodexo discount programs
