Job Description

Position Objective

Supervise and carry out the programming and control ofPreventive, predictiveand Corrective Maintenance of equipment andAutomation Projects introduction, Provide the Department and personnel in charge of the materials, equipment, and tools necessary to carry out repairs in a continuous reliable best cost to provide the necessary support to the departments and work cells in compliance and performance of your activities.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up tester down drain, and action plan implementation to reduce time.

  • Technicians’ development and training

  • Seek alternative options parts suppliers.

  • Install of new equipment and evaluate its functionality.

  • Develops procedures, manuals, documents that help to describe and improve processes.

  • Prepares maintenance daily and weekly activities report, and daily and weekly metrics follow up.

  • Responsible to collaborate with suppliers FSE, get support in equipment repair.

  • Manage tactical day-to-day and long-term strategies aligned with KPIs business to reach and exceed goals.

  • Automation Projects (4.0), Aligned to the Dark Factory Strategy and implementation.

  • Follow up and actively participation on Top management meetings on a weekly basis regarding downtime drains trend and implement action plan to reduce impact.

  • Manage and lead maintenance engineers support to properly assure High equipment availability.

Experience and requirements

  • Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in personnel management.

  • 6 years of experience in maintenance areas.

  • Experience in automation and control, dark factory, robotics, AMR and automatic vision systems (AI and Machine learning)

  • Must possess effective collaboration skills to motivate and influence others, act as a change agent.

  • -Knowledge and experience in Continuous Improvement, and / or Six Sigma (desirable).

  • -Results Oriented, Self-Motivated, understand and applies emotional Intelligence

  • -Leadership skills, a Decisions Maker, and Hands on Leader

  • -English (90 % written and spoken).

  • -Valid US Visa to Travel

  • Ability in handling maintenance documentation.

  • Performs a variety of tasks for fast paced projects.

  • Adaptability to change and guide with leadership.

  • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

  • Effective written and oral communicate skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
