CapEds Member Contact Specialist will promote member financial well-being by engaging in meaningful conversations to deepen relationships with the Credit Union. Using all available incoming and outgoing channels of communication, they will actively listen to our members to resolve financial inquiries, assist with account maintenance and educate on the use of service solutions.

Responsibilities also include problem solving by researching and exploring answers and alternatives, implementing solutions to escalated issues, and following up with mobile surveys and social media reviews to improve our member relationships.
