Mercedes Benz of Sugar Land Outside Sales Consultant - Mercedes-Benz Sprinter in Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land, Texas

Job Description: As a Sprinter Sales Consultant, you will be pivotal in delivering a First-Class Experience to our clients while fostering long-term relationships and creating client advocates. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to Sprinter sales target achievement by promoting Sprinter vans to both local fleet markets and retail clients. You'll work independently to build and expand our dealership's client base, maintaining strong business relationships with local businesses and retail consumers requiring commercial vehicle fleets. This position has a an attractive pay plan with a six-figure earning potential, for the right candidate.

Key Duties:

  • Oversee the selling of Mercedes-Benz Commercial Sprinter and Metris Vans.

  • Develop and execute strategies for increasing market share for Sprinter Vans.

  • Prospect and qualify new fleet accounts and retail consumers.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the dealership, demonstrating outstanding technical expertise.

  • Utilize manufacturer product training programs.

  • Review and manage inventory reports daily.

  • Coordinate local events and promotions.

  • Maintain professional relationships with the manufacturer.

  • Complete all aspects of the sales process, including vehicle delivery.

  • Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) system daily.

  • Provide ongoing support for commercial leasing companies.

Qualifications:

  • Articulate, enthusiastic, and self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to work Saturdays.

  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on solutions.

  • Three to four years of related sales experience (fleet or outside sales experience) preferred.

  • Knowledge of Sprinter vans is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Valid Texas Driver's License (must be insurable).
