About The Opportunity As a member of the Continuous Improvement team, this person will be responsible for leading the continuous improvement/lean activities across multiple manufacturing plants & service centers and will lead the development of continuous improvement culture. This role will also provide leadership and framework for improvement by utilizing strong facilitation, project management and change management tools to create successful and sustainable solutions. Work on complex problems and projects that are aligned to the organization's strategic goals and priorities. Work with frontline staff, identifying improvement opportunities and coaching associates on how to identify waste more efficiently. Work with Production and Administrative functions to identify and eliminate reoccurring problems and standardize processes to reduce waste via implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional working groups (Kaizen or other). Supports and participates in implementation of actions to meet and sustain improvement goals. Manage and support corporate continuous improvement tool kit. Complete project cost justifications. Lead and project manage strategic & tactical projects. Collaborate with Stakeholders throughout the company to meet improvement objectives. Other duties as assigned. Education/Certification Level Required Bachelor's Degree: Business, Engineering, or related field Level Desired Lean Training and/or certification Project Management certification *Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education requirement. Work Experience Required Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience Desired 3-5 years of relevant experience Travel Requirements Ability to travel up to 70% both domestically and internationally to support the business, including overnight stays and extended work hours during work meetings, travel may include weekends.
