Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. As a key player in our customer service department, you will assist customers purchasing from our website and catalog through various channels such as emails, chats, social media messages, and phone calls. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid work arrangements, allowing for remote work after a minimum of 9 months of in-office training. All necessary equipment will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and friendly responses to customer inquiries via emails, chats, social media, and phone calls.

  • Accurately navigate and enter data into computer systems.

  • Research and resolve customer orders, product inquiries, or other issues.

  • Listen to customers, empathize with their needs, and offer effective solutions.

  • Promote additional products based on customer interests and needs.

  • Learn and utilize company policies, operating procedures, and systems to ensure excellent customer experiences.

  • Contribute constructive ideas and input for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must be available for scheduled onboarding and training at our offices in Medina, MN until proficient in all aspects of the position.

  • Full-time shift hours: Monday through Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm and every third Saturday 8 am - 12 pm.

  • Part-time shift hours: Monday-Friday (9 am-2 pm) or (10 am-3 pm) and every third Saturday 8 am-12 pm.

  • Open to both entry-level and experienced customer service professionals.

  • Must be a Minnesota resident.

    Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting at $19/hour.

  • Flexible work arrangements with a hybrid work option after a minimum of 9 months of in-office training.
