As a Lead Technician for the M&PE team, you will work closely with the M&P engineers to support factory production. You will be instrumental in troubleshooting, process improvements, and cost reductions. You will work with production operators, operations management, and quality engineering daily.
This role will support the Antenna Integration Factory. You will be the expert on use and programming of the equipment (adhesive dispensers, profilometers, soldering tools, plasma cleaner).

AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.

The salary range for this role is 48,000 USD - 116,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
