As the Director of Strategic Partnerships at SFMC, the candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our company through the development and management of strategic partnerships. They will serve as the brand ambassador and work to ensure brand continuity and the effective execution of our growth strategy.

Duties include:

  • Identify and prioritize potential partners, including industry leaders, organizations, and key stakeholders.

  • Contribute relevant sales information and make recommendations for strategic growth to assist in achieving operational objectives

  • Building and maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership strategy to drive growth and expand our footprint in the market.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform partnership strategies.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and build relationships.

  • Additional responsibilities assigned by senior leadership

Requirements

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of leadership experience in a Sales or comparable role

  • Thorough knowledge of all operational functions and experience leading the goal-setting, compliance, and training initiatives for a sales organization

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain new regional leaders and branch offices in emerging markets

  • Well-versed in FHLMC, FNMA, FHA, VA and Niche guidelines, loan processing, and automation systems

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with various audiences, including senior leadership

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, strategic planning, and P&L management skills

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a track record of achieving targets and KPIs.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to gather data from multiple sources, test assumptions, and evaluate alternatives before recommending action

  • Ability to work in a team environment with demonstrated interpersonal, teambuilding, and motivational skills
