Elevation Church Project Manager (Facilities) in Matthews, North Carolina

As a Facilities Project Manager, you'll get to provide administrative support and play an integral part in the planning, execution, and completion of various facilities-related projects. You'll help manage projects that are important to Elevation Church in our mission to reach people who are far from God through the planning, execution, and completion of various facilities-related projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resource Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure adequate resources are available for project execution.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with various individuals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Work with other department Project Managers to sync up and ensure the team is aligned with church-wide initiatives.

  • Work within our project management system to build and manage calendars and tasks for team members to ensure projects are on time and within budget.

    MUST-HAVES

  • Highly organized, administrative, and detail-oriented

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

  • Adept at problem-solving, thinking creatively, and finding practical solutions to obstacles that may arise during a project.

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Independent worker but passionate about being a team player

  • Familiarity with Elevation Church

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • Experience in facilities management, construction project management, or related fields.
