The Job:

At Roehl Transport, one of our values isInnovation. In the spirit of that value, we created the industry's first paid CDL training program, Get Your CDL (GYCDL). Traditionally, individuals would get their CDL at a private or technical school and pay up to $10,000 for six weeks of training. At Roehl, individuals get paid to get their CDL by hiring on as an employee at Roehl. Individuals joining Roehl through our GYCDL program are paid a living wage while participating in industry-leading training that lasts three weeks.

In return for paid training, individuals sign an agreement committing to complete 120,000 paid solo miles with Roehl. If they fail to fulfill the terms of their agreement, they agree to pay Roehl back the total cost of training, $7,000. As Collection Specialist, youmake a differenceby helping individuals who have not completed their agreement establish payment terms that work for them and us.

You must effectively and accurately complete detailed work and have demonstrated the ability to review and interpret data from multiple sources to make logical business decisions.
