Responsibilities

  • Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs
  • Update Internal Job Boards
  • Employee Recognition and Promotions
  • University and College contact lesion
  • Monitor On-The-Job accidents and trends
  • Complete Onboarding of New Hire Employees
  • Manage OSHA 300 Logs
  • Attend Management and Sales Meetings as needed.
  • Assist with Marketing within the Territory
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
  • Track recruitment and suggest improvements, as needed
  • Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues
  • Attend various meetings with sales and management to create long-term staffing, training, and recruitment plans

Qualifications

  • Experience with interviewing, recruiting and training
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership abilities
  • Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required. (4 years of experience in a related field will also be considered.)
