Die Fluor GmbH ist Teil der Fluor Corporation (USA) mit Bürostandorten in Mannheim und Ratingen.

Als Ingenieursdienstleistungsunternehmen mit ca. 100 Mitarbeitern bieten wir unseren Kunden in Industrieanlagen und Infrastruktureinrichtungen im Bereich Energy Solutions Lösungen mit Fokus auf Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM).

Aufgrund der wachsenden Geschäftsentwicklung suchen wir für das Engineering Team von Fluor am etablierten Standort im Rhein-Neckar-Raum (Mannheim) ab sofort einen Lead Process Engineer (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns umfassen:

• Sie arbeiten als Lead Ingenieur in einem multidisziplinären Team an der Ausführung von Projekten in chemischen Anlagen und Raffinerien, sowie in Green Energy Production/Energie Optimierung

• Sie führen Projekte eigenständig in verschiedenen Phasen (pre-FEED, FEED und Detail Engineering)

• Sie entwickeln technische Konzepte zur Modifikation/Optimierung/ Engpassbeseitigung von Anlagen

• Das Erstellen von Material- und Energiebilanzen, Prozessflussdiagrammen und P&IDs gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben

• Sie sind verantwortlich für die Auslegung von Prozessanlagen (Wärmetauscher, Reaktoren, Destillationskolonnen, Pumpen etc.) und die Erstellung von Datenblättern

• Sie erstellen Prozesssimulation und -optimierungen ganzer Anlagen, sowie einzelner Prozessschritte/Apparaturen (z. B. mit Hilfe von Aspen plus/Hysis)

• Sie sind verantwortlich für die Schnittstellen zu anderen Disziplinen und unterstützen diese effektiv

• Als Mentor unterstützen Sie die Weiterentwicklung von Junior/Medior Verfahrensingenieuren
