This position will play a key role in managing our data quality and list segmentation to help with our GTM strategy. This will work closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to enhance lead, customer, and user data.

Accountabilities:

What will you focus on:

  • You'll develop the overall strategy to build our data warehouse, ensuring data quality and compliance with best practices.

  • You'll manage data from multiple sources, working to ensure its kept up to date across all tools.

  • You'll create segments and dynamic lists in our marketing automation tool that will be used for marketing and sales communications.

  • You’ll own lists cleansing, enriching, and uploading lists from tradeshows and events,

  • You'll work with key stakeholders to gather and maintain new and existing priority data properties.

  • You'll help identify market segments and help collect and organize data.

  • You'll maintain and enrich our account and contact data using ZoomInfo and other tools.

  • You'll create reports to show segmentation numbers.

  • You'll own and manage our customer data.

  • You'll work with our legal team to maintain data compliance.

  • You'll utilize various data sources and tools to analyze data and support segmentation strategies and personalization efforts.

  • You'll assist our marketing and Sales Ops team with lead assignments.

  • You'll stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and the latest trends.

What we expect from you:

  • You are comfortable owning strategy while also being happy and willing to get your hands dirty in the tactical details.

  • You have a broad range of marketing skills to be successful including marketing communications (written and verbal) and data analytics.

  • You are proactive and outgoing with a get-it-done attitude.

  • You have demonstrated B2B experience within software companies (data intelligence solutions would be a plus).

  • You have experience across the full marketing mix –strong digital marketing and analytics expertise is required.

  • You bring strong project management skills and experience working in a global matrix management culture.

  • You are metrics-driven and analytical. You can prioritize in an agile/fast-paced environment, drive, and achieve results through yourself and others under time pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, a BA/BS or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Data or other related field and/or relevant experience, - a college graduate

  • Must be an Excel expert.

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or relevant data roles.

  • Must be an expert in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Tableau.

  • A passion for presenting analytics insights to drive future decisions.

  • Proven record of building, analyzing, and optimizing integrated campaigns.

  • Excellent English speaking and writing abilities, additional languages are a plus but not a must
