  • Requires a bachelor\'s degree and five to 10 years of relevant experience.

\ Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, or a closely related field will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Extensive experience in managing identity and access management within hybrid cloud environments, including designing IAM architectures, deploying IAM solutions, and overseeing IAM operations.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary IT teams focused on security and access management.
  • Deep understanding of IAM technologies, security protocols, compliance regulations, and best practices, with experience in integrating IAM solutions in cloud migrations and hybrid environments.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of leading complex IT projects with a focus on identity and access management implementations.
  • Experience in vendor management, SLA negotiation, and cost optimization, particularly relating to security and IAM services.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security and compliance concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster innovation and drive operational efficiency in IAM operations and security management.
