We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for process development and improvement of complex mechanical assemblies that are transitioning from design into manufacturing. This key role requires cross-functional effectiveness both internally and externally with the engineering team, operations team, materials team, customers, and partners.\ How you\'ll make an impact:\ Work collaboratively with engineering team to develop robust, production-ready designs\ Develop and maintain bill of materials, line layout, production control methods, clear assembly instructions, fixtures, and PFMEAs\ Plan, conduct and execute pre-production builds, with a vision for volume production\ Consult with suppliers to determine product specifications, working with supply chain team to purchase equipment, materials, and parts\ Interface with manufacturing partners for all stages of design transfer to ensure products meet performance criteria, delivering a quality product on-time\ Troubleshooting pre-production medical devices and supporting ongoing test efforts\ Skills you will need to be successful in this role:\ BS in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering\ 0-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment (medical device preferred)\ Must have Solidworks experience, a CSWA or other certification a plus\ Experience in Design for Manufacturability and/or Design Transfer\ Previous hands-on experience building, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electro-mechanical systems/devices.\ Knowledge of component forming processes, assembly processes, and production line optimization\ Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles (prior experienced preferred)\ Passionate about understanding how things work, and
