About the Opportunity

Based out of our Manchester office, with hybrid working as standard, we’re looking for Safety Case Engineers to support an increasing portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Nuclear Safety Case support to clients through the full plant life cycle.

  • Developing and delivering fit-for-purpose safety assessments.

  • Working collaboratively with other disciplines.

  • Facilitating communication and engagement between relevant stakeholders such as regulatory bodies.

  • Managing technical teams, and developing delivery strategies and programmes.

  • Undertaking verification, peer review and provision of specialist advice.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • A degree or equivalent qualification/experience in a field such as science or engineering.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Experience of managing technical teams or development of junior staff

  • Experience of undertaking safety assessment in a high-hazard industry.

  • Previous experience of successful delivery of safety cases deliverables on complex projects would be advantageous but is not essential.
